Cinnamon – Cinnamon help to fight the infection and provide relief in cough symptoms and slow down the common cold duration.



-        This ingredient fight with anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-microbial virus along the combination of honey.

      Jaggery – Jaggery is amazing sweet which is effective in seasonal cough and cold.



-        It boosts the immunity system and control the temperature of the body.

-        At the time of cough and cold, consumption of jaggery work as a natural cleaning agent of the lungs.

-        Also clean the respiratory passages and heal out the breathing issues.

Cardamom – It is rich in antioxidant agent.



-        When used gargling agent in the boiled water, which reduce the inflammation of the throat.

-        Get the relief in sore throat by adding cardamom powder, ginger powder and honey.

How much time take place to make one cup of tea?

For preparing 1 cup of tea, it takes around 15 minutes. Because, preparing any type of Tea boiling is most important part. Due to the boiling, ingredients flavors come out in the water and when take final touch more flavoured and fragrance tea ready to drink along the large sip.

Recipe of 1 cup of Masala Tea

Ingredients

½ cup of Water

1 tea spoon of tea seed (Chai Pati)

1 tea spoon of sugar

½ cup of milk

Note: Adjust the tea seeds according to taste. This measurement for normal tea.

Veggie

2 inch of ginger piece (1 tea spoon)

Standing spices

½ tea spoon of cinnamon powder

½ tea spoon of black pepper powder

½ tea spoon of clove powder

 

Preparations

Preparation for grinding the ginger

Take 2 inch of ginger using small mortar and pestle, grind properly.

Preparation for making masala tea

 Take tea pan and add ½ glass of water. Then put in medium-low flame. And wait for boiling. Then add ½ glass of milk. Again, wait for boiling. Then add ½ tea spoon of cinnamon powder, ½ tea spoon of clove powder, ½ tea spoon of black pepper powder and 1 tea spoon of chai pati. Wait for boiling properly. Then add grated ginger, mix with spoon and wait for proper Boiling. It takes around 5 minutes to complete the process. After 5 minutes, close the flame and using tea sieve drain the tea. The tea is ready to serve.

Note: Ginger we drop at last for preventing Tea to tear.

-        We give lots of time of boiling because in this phase all the ingredients send the flavors in the water.  

 

 Recipe of 1 cup of jaggery Tea

Ingredients

½ cup of water

½ cup of milk

1 tea spoon of tea seeds or chai Pati

1 table spoons of jaggery

Note: Adjust the tea seeds according to taste. This measurement for normal tea.

Veggie

2 inch of ginger piece (1 tea spoon)

Standing spices

½ tea spoon of cinnamon powder

½ tea spoon of black pepper powder

½ tea spoon of clove powder



Preparations

Preparation for grinding the ginger

Take 2 inch of ginger using small mortar and pestle, grind properly.

Preparation for making jaggery tea

Take tea pan and add ½ glass of water and put in low-medium flame. Wait for boiling. Then add grated ginger, ½ tea spoon of cinnamon powder, ½ tea spoon of black pepper powder, ½ tea spoon of clove powder and wait for proper boiling. So, all the flavors come on the water around 6 to 7 minutes. After that, add the milk and again wait for proper boiling. After that add 1 table spoon of jaggery and using spoon stir it until jaggery fully dissolve in the Tea. Then, using tea sieve drain the tea in the cup and ready to drink.

Note: If Jaggery add at the time ingredients, tea get tear out when milk added. So be careful about this step.

-        Proper boiling take place because of all the ingredients gives proper taste.
