    Ingredients of Paneer Dilruba

    250 grams of paneer

    3 to 4 table spoons of vegetable oil

    1 table spoon of butter

    1 small bowl of grated cheese

    1 table spoon maida

    1 table spoon corn flour

    ½ bowl of cashew

    Veggies

    1 small bowl of cabbage

    1 small bowl of coriander leaves

    1 small bowl of capsicum

    1 small bowl carrot

    2 fine chopped green chilli

    3 onions

    4 to 5 cloves of garlic

    4 tomatoes

    Dry spices

    1 table spoon of Kashmiri chilli powder

    1 table spoon of coriander powder

    ½ table spoon of turmeric powder

    Salt according to taste

    1 tea spoon of sugar

    Standing Spices

    1 bay leaf

    1 clove

    1 small cardamom

    1 cumin seeds

    1 inch of cinnamon

    1 big cardamom

    1 tea spoon of garam masala

    Preparations

    Preparation for filling

    Take one pan, put in high flame and add 1 small table spoon of oil. Then wait for temperature change. After temperature change add fine chopped or small bowl of cabbage, onion, carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves. And sauté well. Then add salt and 1 pinch of garam masala. Then again mix well. After, that leave for cook or 5 minutes. Means all vegetable goes to soft. Then close the flame.

    Preparation of celery

    Take maida and corn flour and salt. Mix well. Then, with the help of water make the smooth texture celery.

    Preparation for making dillruba sandwich

    Take the paneer and cut in proper rectangle size like bread slice. Then take filing using spoon and put on one side of the slice. Now add grated cheese and cover the filing with second slice.

    Preparation for providing coating

    Take the whole sandwich and coat with the celery. On other hand, put one pan in high flame. Then add oil and put the sandwich to roast. Leave for roasting properly in low flame. Roasting occurs on both sides. It takes around 15 minutes to complete the process.

    Preparation of Gravy

    Take one pan, add 1 table spoon oil and 1 table spoon butter. Wait for temperature change. Then add cumin seeds, bay leaf, clove, cinnamon, cardamom. Stir it. Then add, 2 chopped onion cubes, 3 chopped tomatoes cubes, cashew and salt. Then mix well. Add ¼ amount of water and cover with lid. Then leave the pan for cooking well. It takes around 10 minutes to cook and all texture of the vegetable goes soft. After 10 minutes. Leave the pan from the flame and water for temperature goes down.

    Now, start to grind the gravy in two ways. In first part of the gravy grinder like a coarse and in second part make thin gravy. After grinding, take same pan which used for boiling. Put in high flame and add 1 table spoon of oil. Wait for temperature change, then add both type of gravy. Mix well. Then add all the ingredients and salt. Then, Sauté well. Wait for boiling. Then add 1 table spoon of sugar and 1 table spoon cheese, which give rich color of redness. Now wait for 5 minutes, gravy cooked well and leave the oil. Now your gravy ready.

    Last step of preparing paneer dillruba

    Gravy is ready and dillruba slice both ready. Take the gravy and put all the dillruba slice in the gravy. Now new dish ready to serve.
