    Preparation for soaking

    Take one bowl, add rice and wash properly. Then soak for 1 or 2 hours.

    Preparation for boiling

    ¼ table spoon of Hing

    ½ table spoon of Cumin

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    Small amount of coriander leaves

     

    Dry spices

    1 table spoon of turmeric powder

    2 table spoon of coriander powder

    Salt according to taste

    ½ table spoon of black pepper

    ½ table spoon of black salt

    Methods

     Methods of preparing Rajma to boil

    Take one big bowl wash the Rajma and soak it overnight. Now take pressure cooker add all the Rajma with soak water. Add ½ spoon of salt and ½ spoon of turmeric. Cover the lid of pressure cooker and put into high flame. After that take 7 to 8 vessels of cooker.

     

    Method to prepare Tomato for gravy

    Take tomato and grate it. It come in the form of pulp.

     

    Method to prepare Onion for gravy

    Take onion peel it, and do fine chop.

    Now take kadai, add both the oil, wait for warm, add Hing and cumin seeds. Cracking sound are here adding fine chopped onion, stir continuously until color converted to brown.
