    1 bowl of Chola

    1 chopped potato

    1 tablespoon mustard seeds

     Methods

    Method for soaking Chola

    Take deep bowl and add Chola in the bowl. Wash the chola properly, and drain it. Add clean water and soak overnight.

    Method for boiling

    Soak Chola and potatoes put on pressure cooker, add ½ of turmeric and salt, cover with lid and take 4 to 5 whistles.

    Method for curry

    Take one Pan, put on high flame, add vegetable oil, wait for warm. Then add Hing, bay leaf, mustard seeds, if cracking sound hear put all the chopped onions, stir it until onion color change into brown. Now add grated tomato, salt and all spicy. Continuously stir until all the stuff leave the oil. Now add all the stuff in boiled chola and water if required (Consistency of the curry depends on you). Put on high flame and wait for boil. After 3 minutes close the flame and leave the container. After that add the coriander leaf and ready to serve.

    Ingredients

    1 bowl of Maida

    1 bowl of Suji

    1 bowl of Wheat Flour

    1 bowl of curd

    Salt according to taste

    ¼ table spoon Meetha Soda

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    Oil for frying




    Preparations

    Preparation of mixing all flour.

    Take one deep bowl, add one by one flour and mix well. Then add salt, 2 tables poon of vegetable oil and Meetha soda and mix well until all the flour texture converted same.

    Preparation for making dough

    After mixing all the flour, take curd and drop small amount, then start to knead. Try knead using curd so the Bhature texture raise more. If Bhature is puffy and soft, it gives more flavors in every bite. After dough prepare, leave for 15 minutes.

    Preparation for rolling

    After 15 minutes, make the small balls like chapati. Using rolling pin roll the Bhature in Bhature shape. Then fry on high temperature of oil.     Note: When press the Bhature in oil use the back side of the sieve spoon. Otherwise, it tears out.
