    Ingredients of jhal-muri

    1 bowl of fried Rice

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    Dry Spices

    ½ table spoon of red chilli powder

    Salt according to taste

    1 table spoon of chat masala

    ½ table spoon of black salt

    ½ table spoon of black pepper

    Veggies

    1 fine chopped onion

    1 fine chopped tomato

    ½ fine chopped cucumber

    1 fine chopped green chilli

    ½ bowl of fine chopped coriander leaves

    ½ lemon

    Namkeen

    ½ bowl of zero size namkeen or any namkeen which you like



    Preparations

    Preparation of making bhel

    Take one bowl, add all bhel. Then add all the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilli and dry spices. Using spoon mix well, then add vegetable oil and lemon juice. Again, mix well. Then add coriander leaves and namkeen. Now your bhel ready to serve.

    In whole chopping of veggie, it takes around 15 minutes and in preparations within 5 minutes bhel ready to serve.

     

    Recipe of puff rice Namkeen

    In puff rice namkeen prepare on flame and roasted until it takes the texture crunchy. Let’s start to learn recipe

    Ingredients 

    1 bowl of puff rice

    ¼ bowl of roasted chana

    ¼ bowl of namkeen

    4 curry leaves

    ½  table spoon of vegetable oil

     Dry spices

    1 table spoon of turmeric powder

    Salt according to taste

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    ½ table spoon chat masala



    Preparation for making puff rice namkeen

    Take one pan, add oil and put for temperature change. When temperature change, add curry leaves, then add all the puff rice and stir it. Stir process going on until it takes the texture of crispy. Then add all the dry masalas and mix well. Last step closes the flame when your all masalas mixed well. Now your home makes namkeen ready to serve.

    Note: Check crispy texture, by eating, if crunchy sound hears stop stir.

    In whole process it takes around 15 minutes to prepare. When pan is come in room temperature, open the jar and fill it for future eating. For small hunger best habit to fill the tommy. Most important difference of these two recipes is bhel is not store but namkeen store for longer period. In both of the dishes use of oil is too less.
