    1 bowl of Rice

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    1 pinch of Hing

    1 table spoon of Mustard Seeds

    1 table spoon of chana lentils (optional)

    1 table spoon of urad lentils ( optional)

    4 to 5 Curry leaf

    Veggie

    1 chopped potato

    1 chopped onion

    3 table spoons of peanuts (fried)

    2 lemons

    Small amount of coriander leaf

    Dry spieces

    1 table spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of Chili powder (spicy adjust accordingly)

    Salt according to taste

    Black salt ½ table spoon




    Methods

    Method for soaking the rice

    Take one bowl of rice, wash with water and then, soak for 1 hours.

    Method for preparing rice

    After 1 hours, take deep pan, put in the high flame, add oil and wait until oil temperature increases. Drop 1 pinch of Hing, mustard seeds, curry leaf, chana daal, urad daal, Then cracking sound hear. Add all the chopped onion, potatoes, stir for 2 minutes. Add the salt and all dry ingredients.

     Cover with lid until your potatoes break it down (this is the process of 6 to 7 minutes). After that add 2 glasses of water, lemon juice and wait for boil. Then add soak rice and cover with lid. And flame will be medium. Now rice will be cooked after 10 to 15 minutes. 

    All rice come in large shape means your rice completely cooked. Close the flame and wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Spread the coriander leaf’s and ready to serve with chutney, raita, etc.

    Note: All lentils is optional, if like the taste add them.

    1 bowl of rest rice

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    1 pinch of Hing

    1 chopped potato

    1 chopped onion

    ½ bowl of chopped cauliflower

    ½ bowl of peas

    1 lemon

    Small amount of coriander leaf

    Dry spieces

    1 table spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of Chili powder (spicy adjust accordingly)

    Salt according to taste

    Black salt ½ table spoon

    Preparations

    Preparation for preparing rice

    Take one pan, add oil and wait for temperature change. After temperature change, add hing, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Cracking sound hear, then add all the chopped veggies. Stir it and cover with lid. After 2 minutes, open the lid, add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder. Mix well and again cover with lid. Cook until potatoes get mashed properly. It takes 5 to 6 minutes for cooking. On other hand add lemon juice and coriander leaves on rest rice. Due to this process lemon easily reach at every point of the rice. After 5 minutes checked the veggies, it takes proper shape, add all the rice and mix well. Now, lemon rice ready to serve.
