    How much time take to prepare the whole recipe?

    For any type of vegetable, chopping, boiling, tadkka process take place according to the need of vegetable. In this vegetable same processes held and made perfect vegetable around 45 minutes.     Ingredients of Panchmel sabhji

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    1 pinch of Hing

    1 table spoon of cumin seeds

     Veggies

    250 grams of spinach

    500 grams of brinjal

    2 small sizes of potato

    4 medium sizes of tomato

    4 small sizes of radish

    2 small sizes of green chilies

    2 inches of small piece of ginger or grated ginger

    3 table spoon of coriander leaves

    Note: You add or remove the vegetables according to the choice.

    Dry spices

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    1 table spoon of coriander powder

    1 tea spoon of turmeric powder

    Salt according to taste

    1 tea spoon of black salt

    1 tea spoon of garam Masala

    Preparations

    Preparation of chopping the veggies

    -        Take spinach and cut into small pieces. Then wash properly 3 to 4 times so all the dirtiness removes.

    -        Take potatoes, peel it and chopped into small pieces in water. Because cooked well and fast.

    -        Take tomatoes and wash properly. Then finely chopped.

    -        Take the brinjal and peel it. Then cut into small pieces into water otherwise brinjal get black.

    -        Take radish, peel it and cut into small pieces.

    -        Take chilli and wash properly and finely chopped.

    -        Take the coriander leaves and wash properly. Then finely chopped.

    -        Take ginger and rated or crushed using mortar and pestle.

    Preparation of boiling the veggies

    Take one deep bowl, add water and put in high flame. When water goes into boiling stage, then add chopped radish, spinach. It takes around 10 to 15 minutes to proper boiling. After 10 to 15 minutes veggies texture gets soft, close the flame. Then drain using sieve and leave for rest for cool down the temperature. After cool down, squeeze the water and make ball.

    Preparation of tadkka or final step

    Take wok and put in high flame. Then add 2 table spoon of vegetable oil and wait for temperature change. Then add Hing and cumin seeds. Cracking sound hear, then add grated or mashed ginger. Sauté properly. Then add chopped chilly and again sauté so all the flavors are come in the oil. Then add potatoes and cover with lid for 5 to 10 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes check the potatoes, the texture goes soft or not. If yes, then add chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix well and cover with lid for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add all the ingredients and mix well. Then again cover with lid, for 2 minutes. At last, put the boil ball of radish and spinach. Mix well and again cover with lid for 4 to5 minutes. Then close the flame and spread the coriander leaves Now vegetable is ready to serve.

    Note- Add salt along the tomatoes because salt help to leave all the water of tomato.

    -        Cover with lid process again and again because it helps for spreading flavors in all over the vegetables.
