     Ingredients

    ½ coconut

    2 table spoons of oil

    1 pinch of Hing

    2 table spoons of curd

     1 small bowl of roasted chickpeas

    2 table spoons of peanuts

    Dry spices

    Salt according to taste

    Black salt according to taste

    1 tea spoon of mustard seeds

    Veggies

    2 to 3 Green chilli (according to taste)

    1 dried red chilli

    4 to 5 curry leaves

    1 small bowl of coriander leaves

    Preparations

    Preparation of chopping and washing the ingredients

    Take the coconut and chopped into small pieces.

    Take chickpeas and peanut then do dry roast.

    Take the coriander leaves and wash properly.

    Preparation of roasting the peanuts and chickpeas

    Take the pan and put in the low to medium flame. Then add the peanuts and chickpeas. Then perform the stirring process for 2 minutes. Then close the flame. Ingredients color change little bit.

    Preparation of chutney

    Take the grinder, add the chopped coconut, 2 to 3 curry leaves, coriander leaves, roasted chickpeas, roasted peanuts, salt, curd, green chilli. Then grind well like smooth consistency.

    Note: If need water, add then otherwise leave it.

    Preparation for Tadkka

    Take Tadkka pan, add 2 table spoon of oil and put in high flame. Wait for temperature change, then add 1 pinch of Hing, mustard seeds, cracking sound hear. Close the flame, then add curry leaves and dried red chilli. Now Tadkka drop in the coconut chutney. Now Chutney ready to serve.
