chopped paneer (size in cubes)

spoons of vegetable oil
1 pinch of
Hing

spoon of cumin seeds
2 table
spoons of Malai
½ cup of
milk
2 table
spoons of butter
Veggie
2 chopped onion
4 chopped
tomatoes
5 to 6
cloves of garlic
Dry spicy
1 table
spoon red chilli powder
1 table
spoon of coriander powder
½ table
spoon of turmeric powder
Salt according
to taste
½ table
spoon of black salt
Standing
Spicy
4 to 5 bay leaves’
Small amount
of cinnamon around ½ table spoon of powder make

for roasting veggies
Take one
pan, add 1 table spoon of vegetable oil and put in high flame. Wait for warm,
then add all the standing masala. Stir properly so all the flavors are come in
the oil. Then add garlic and onions, stir it until onion take the texture of
transparent. Then add tomato and kaiju, stir it until tomato take the texture
of soft. If tomato leaves the juice, close the flame and wait for cool down the
temperature.
Note: Roasting because all flavors are raising
more.

temperature cool down, grind all the veggies which cool down. Grind veggie thinner
so gravy look better and texture of all veggie raise.

Take one
pan, put in high flame. Add oil and butter, then wait for temperature change.
Add cumin seeds, Hing, when cracking sound hear. Add all grind gravy, mix well
and leave for 5 minutes to cook. Then add all the dry masala, stir properly and
cover with lid. After 10 to 15 minutes, you see that it leaves the oil. At this
stage, add the malai, stir it and cover with lid. After 10 to 15 minutes again
you see oil left on the corners of the pan. Now, at this stage add the milk and
stir it. This is the final touch up stage and cover with lid. Wait for 20
minutes of cooking, you see that all the oil is left by the gravy. Now add
paneer and sugar. Mix well and cover with lid. When paneer get the texture of
softness and sugar dissolve, it takes 10 minutes to complete this process.
After 10 minutes, spread kasturi meethi, close the flame and cover with lid.
Due to the stem kasturi meethi leave the flavor in the gravy, it takes 2
minutes to complete the process. At last, your paneer butter masala ready to
serve.
Note: Lid cover is most important part
because when cooked gravy jumped and it contain the danger of burn.
Paneer
butter masala is heavy texture gravy but highly nutrients. It is too difficult
