     Ingredients

    1 bowl of fox nut

    1 small bowl of cashew

    50 grams of paneer

    1 big table spoon of milk malai

    Oil to fry

    Veggies

    1 big finely chopped tomato

    1 small bowl of coriander leaves

    1 small inch of ginger

    1 finely chopped green chilli (optional)

    4 to 5 leaves of mint

    Dry spices

    Salt according to taste

    1 tea spoon of black pepper

    1 tea spoon of sugar

    1 table spoon of gram masala

     1 pinch of Hing

    1 table spoon of cumin seeds

    Preparations

    Preparation of grinding fox nuts

    Take 1 big bowl of fox nut and drop in the grinder. Grind it finely and make flour like texture.

    Preparation of boiling

    Take the 1 small bowl of cashew and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Preparation of dough

    Take the grinded fox nuts and drop in plate. Then add small amount of water and knead it. If required add more and prepared hard dough.

    Note: Add water using spoon otherwise water goes more.

    Preparation of filling

    Take the grated paneer, add coriander leaves, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

    Preparation of balls



    Take the small amount of fox nut dough. With the help of palm flatten it. 

    Then fill the filling of paneer and then seal the mouth and make perfect ball.

    Same process follows for making all the balls.

    Note: Try to remove all the cracks because it helps to make the perfect balls.

    Preparation of deep fry



    Take the wok, add oil and put in high flame. Wait for temperature change, then add the balls for deep fry. When balls take golden brown color, leave from the wok.

    Note: If you have health conscious, just follow the shallow fry process or used appam pan.

    Preparation of grinding the paste for gravy

    Take the grinder, add the coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, boiled cashew and ¼ glass of water. Then grind it smoothly.

    Note: Those people don’t eat cashew, add 1 small bowl of Maida.

    Preparation of gravy

    Take one wok, add 2 table spoon of oil and put in hig flame. When temperature goes in high flame, add hing, cumin seeds. Cracking sound hear, add the finely chopped tomato. And stir it. When tomato get soft, add the paste and mix well. Cover with lid for cooked well.

    When gravy leave small amount of oil at the corner, add more spices such as salt, gram Masala, 1 big table spoon of Malai and sugar. Mix well and leave for 2 to 3 minutes for proper cooked. When oil completely left, close the flame and gravy is ready.

    Note: Check timely, if required water add them and make the smooth consistency gravy.

    -        If make the diabetic patient simply skip the sugar.

    Preparation of serving the Makhana Charchand



    Now balls and gravy both ready, Take the balls cut into middle and spread in one plate. Add gravy over the balls and spread malai. Now your healthy vegetable ready to serve.
