    Ingredients

    2 table spoons of oil

    3 to 4 table spoons of butter

    2 pavs

    1 table spoon of vinegar

    3 to 4 glasses of hot water

    Veggies

    1 big bowl of finely chopped onion

    1 small bowl of finely chopped capsicum

    1 big bowl of tomato

    1 small bowl of carrot

    ¼ bowl of peas

    ¼ bowl of beetroot

    1 big bowl of potatoes

    2 to 3 dried red chilli

    4 to 5 cloves of garlic

    Note: Chopped as much as finely.

    -        Take potato, onion and tomato in same ratio means 1:1:1

    Dry spices

    Salt according to taste

    2 table spoon of pav bhaji masala

    1 table spoon of cumin seeds

    1 pinch of hing

    Preparation for making chilli paste



    Take the red dry chilli and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then drain it and cool for room temperature. Then take grinder, add the cool red chilli, cloves of garlic, salt and 1 table spoon of vinegar. Add make the fine paste.

    Preparation for boiling the vegetable



    Take the pressure cooker put in high flame, add 1 table spoon of oil and 1 table spoon of butter. When oil and butter get melt, add tomato, peas, carrot, potatoes, beetroot, 2 table spoon of pav bhaji masala and salt. Mix well. Then add 1 glass of hot water and close the lid. Take the 2 whistles for boiling all the vegetables.

    Note: First add oil, then add butter otherwise butter get burn.

    -        Use hot water due to sustain the proper texture of vegetables.

    -        Vegetables add according, I have according to street style vegetable.

    Preparation for making bhaji

    Take the wok and put in high flame. Then add 1 table spoon of oil and butter. Wait for properly melt. Then add cumin seeds, 1 pinch of hing. When cracking sound hear, add the onion, capsicum, and stir properly until vegetables get soften. Then add 2 table spoon around red chilli paste. Mix well.

    Then take the boiled vegetables and mashed properly by masher. When all vegetables properly mashed add on the wok. Mix well. If need water add hot water. Mix well and leave for proper texture.

    When oil come into upper of wok means bhaji ready to serve.

    Preparation of preparing pav



    Take the bunch of 2 pav and cut into the middle. Then take the pan and put in the high flame. Then add the butter, when butter melt adds the 1 tea spoon of pav bhaji masala and 1 tea spoon of paste. Then rub the cut pav into the pan. Then wait for golden brown and turn from other side. Using butter roast properly. Pav is ready to serve

    Now take the plate, add the pav and bhaji on bowl. Add the lemon juice and serve with green chilli.
