1. Take deep vessel bowl add semolin and curd. Using water stir with
proper consistency. Consistency not thick nor thin. Keep it for 1 to 2 hours so
semolina flourishes it.
2. After 1 to 2 hours add all the chopped veggies,
salt, pepper, mustard seeds, coriander leaves, stir properly.

for preparing utapam
Take non
– sticky pan and put it into high flame. Add one table spoon of oil, wait for
warm. Now add batter on the pan and spread over it. Size and thickness adjust
accordingly. After that cover with lid, wait 4 to 5 minutes until the layer
look crispy brown. Now rollover it and follow same step. After the back side
layer look brown. It’s ready to serve with green chutney, sauces , etc.
Recipe of Suji Ka Halwa
Ingredients

suji

sugar
½ bowl of
ghee
1 tea
spoon of cardamon powder
3 to 4
chopped cashews, almonds
1.5 glass
of warm water

Take one
pan, put in high flame and add ghee. When ghee melt and change the temperature,
put 1 bowl of semolina or suji. Now start to roast using spatula. Don’t leave
free, otherwise suji get burn. Roasting process held until it takes the texture
into golden brown.

for making halwa
After
golden brown, put the warm water approx. 1 glass. Then mix well, after mixing
add all the sugar and mix well. After mixing see the proper texture. If need
extra water add it and mix well. At last drop cardamom powder and dry fruits.
Now your halwa ready to serve.
