    Ingredients

    2 bowls of poha

    ½ bowl of peanut

    Dry fruits like Cashew, Almonds, Raisins (your choice)

    2.5 big spoon of grated sugar

    Oil to fry

    Dry Spices

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    ½ table spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of Mango Powder

    ½ table spoon of black salt

    ½ table spoon of rock salt

    Salt according to taste

    ½ table spoon mint powder

    Preparations

    Preparation for frying the peanuts

    Take one pan and add the oil for frying the main ingredients. Now add the peanuts when temperature is not raised. Because peanuts fry in low high flame. When temperature raise slowly-slowly, peanuts cooked and take the color perfectly. After that, add turmeric powder on hot peanuts so turmeric leave the color when put all the chidwa.

    Preparation for frying the poha

    Pan and oil temperature raise, add small amount of poha. Due to the temperature of oil is high all poha raise the texture and properly fried. Now within 2 minutes leave from the oil. By follow same process fry all the poha and add in the peanuts.

    Preparation for making Chidwa

    After frying all the poha, add all the dry ingredients and sugar. Mix well. After cool the temperature enjoy your chidwa. Then fill the container for future use.

    Note: In monsoon season not wait for cool the temperature. After mix the ingredients fill the jar and store it.
