Rajasthani Food Recipe Of Turrat Magordi

 Everywhere seasonal vegetables are available. But so many times eat same vegetable like exhausting situation. Tongue wants new flavors along lots of spices. Sometime prepare dishes in new techniques, but main ingredients are same. How find the solutions with new flavors of dishes. Turat Magordi is one the famous vegetable made in Rajasthan. Rajasthani prepares when they have no options and want new flavors in dishes. People who stay out of home town and don’t have any vegetables in refrigerators. Turat Magordi is one of the best options. For preparing, people don’t go anywhere just open the jars of monthly Rasan. And turat Magordi ready to eat by following Rajasthani Food Recipe.



    1. Is turat Magordi good for health?

    Turat Magordi made up of chickpeas or Besan. It prepares by grinding Chana daal and make proper flour. Basically, chana daal consist high level of protein which consist excellent source of macronutrients for vegetarians and vegans. When eat approx. 30 grams of Besan provide 100 calories of energy. It loaded number of vitamins and minerals which is effective in weight management. Those patients who face the issues of higher the cholesterol and heart diseases of chana daal Besan always help them. Due to the best feature of healthy protein help to control the diabetics and weight loss.



    2. How Besan help to weight loss?

    Besan which loaded numerous amounts of fiber keep the stomach feeling full for longer period. An average person requires 46 to 56 grams of protein intake per day. And 100 grams of chana provides 19 grams of protein. Those substances which high in fiber cause bloating in sensitive individuals. Especially true for those people who are not used to eating a lot of fibers. Like beans, lentils also contain fodmaps. These sugars contribute excessive gas bloating and productions.

    3. Difference between Turat and plain Magordi?

    These two Magordi are different because Masala and Plain Magordi are made at the home and store in jar. But, turat Magordi made up instantly using Besan.     4. Turat Magordi Recipe

    Ingredients

    1 cup of Besan

    1 pinch of Hing

    ½ table spoon of Meetha Soda

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    Dry Spicy

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    ½ table spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of coriander powder

    Salt according to taste

    Standing Spicy

    ½ table spoon of black pepper



    Preparations

    Preparation for preparing better



    Take deep bowl, add Besan, dry ingredients, Hing, vegetable oil and soda. Mix well and making pakora better but little thick. So, when prepare Magordi in water take proper texture like small- small circle.

    Preparation for boiling

    Take one pan, fill with water. Put in high flame and wait for boiling. After boiling, put small- small Magordi in the water. First time it dissolves in the water, when boiled completely, it come on the upper layer of the water. It takes 15 minutes to complete whole process.



    Note: After close the flame do not throw the Magordi water Because it contain all the nutrients.

    Recipe of Gravy

    Ingredients

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    1 table spoon of cumin seeds

    Veggie

    4 to 5 fine chopped cloves of Garlic

    1 fine chopped onion

    2 to 3 grated tomatoes

    ½ table spoon of ginger paste

    Dry Spicy

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    ½ table spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of coriander powder

    Salt according to taste

    Preparations

    Preparation of Gravy

    Take one pan, add oil and put in high flame. Wait for temperature change. Then add, cumin seeds, cracking sound hear, put garlic and onions. Mix well until color change into transparent. Then add grated tomato and salt. Mix well and cover the lid. Wait for 5 minutes, see oil leave the gravy. Then add all turat Magordi with water and mix well. If required water after ½ glass of it and wait for boil. After boil close the flame and your turat Magordi ready to serve.
