Preparation
for soaking the rice
Take deep
bowl, add rice and wash properly using lots of water. Then add pure water soak
for 1 hours. So, your rice texture raises and when prepared proper taste come.
Preparation
of white rice
After 1
hour, take one deep pan, add 3 glasses of water and put in high flame. Then
wait for water coming in boiling stage. After boiling add all the rice. Mix
with spoon and cover with lid. Around 15 minutes rice cooked properly and take
proper texture. Then close the flame.
Note: After
1 hour drain the rice using sieve and put sieve in the same bowl.
- Don’t drop rice in warm water, always wait for boiling.
Now rice is
too hot, wait for coming in room temperature. For this just open the lid and
leave for 30 to 45 minutes for coming in the room temperature.
Preparation
for curd rice
After rice
temperature cool down, add rice on bowl and mix 1 bowl of curd, finely chopped green
chilli, 1 table spoon of red chilli powder and salt according to taste in rice.
Then take wok, add 2 table spoon of oil and put in high flame. Wait for
temperature change, then add 1 pinch of Hing, 1 table spoon of mustard seeds, 1
table spoon of urad daal, 4 to 5 curry leaves and 1 table spoon of urad daal.
When cracking sound hear, drop all the tadka in the curd rice. Wait for 2 to 3
minutes, then spread coriander leaves. Now your curd rice ready to serve.
Note: Mix until
all the curd goes into the rice.
