    Ingredients



    250 grams of cubes of paneer

    2 capsicums chopped in cube shape

    2 tomatoes chopped in cube shape

    250 gram of Hang curd (thick curd)

     2 table spoons of mustard oil

    4 to 5 table spoon of ghee or oil or butter

    Note: Use curd which remove the water so coating of each stuff take proper way.

    Dry spices

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    1 table spoon of kitchen king masala (optional)

    1 tea spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of coriander powder

    Salt according to taste

    1 table spoon of roasted cumin powder

    1 table spoon of crushed Kasturi meethi

    Black salt according to taste

    1 table spoon of grama masala

    1 table spoon of black pepper

    Preparations

    Preparation of making thick gravy



    Take one big bowl, add the curd and whisk it so whole curd come in smooth texture. Then add red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, black salt, cumin powder, Kasturi meethi, garam masala and mustard oils. Mix well.

    Note: Mustard oil provide smokiness in whole gravy and change the taste of whole recipe.

    -        Try to take the fresh curd which remove the sour taste.

    Preparation of magnate the paneer, capsicum and tomato

     When coating is prepared, drop all the cubes of paneer, capsicum and tomato. Mix well with the hands so all the stuff properly coated with the gravy.

    Note: Use hands in comparison to spoon so all the stuff takes proper texture.

    Preparation of pinch the paneer, capsicum and tomato into bamboo sticks



    Take the sticks and pinch the paneer, capsicum and tomato one by one. Create one line to line for all stuffs and put in one side.

    Note: Keep remind that all stuffs pinch in light hands otherwise break it and doesn’t grill out properly.

    Preparation of grilling paneer tikka

    Take one griddle and put in high flame. Then add oil or ghee or butter, when temperature goes high, put the stick in it. Wait for color and texture change, same process follows for all the sides.

    When leave from the stick in one bowl, sprinkle black pepper powder and small pinch of salt. Mix well by tossing. Now your paneer tikka ready to serve.
