Ingredients
2 bowl of
whole wheat flour
8 table
spoons of ghee
Salt according
to taste
½ bowl of
dry flour
1 table
spoon of ajwain

Preparation
for preparing dough
Take one
deep plate, add the flour. In the middle of the flour make hole and put 3 table
spoons of ghee and salt. Mix well until all ingredients reach every corner of
the flour. Using water prepare dough like chapati. Cover with lid leave the
dough for 15 minutes.
Note: In the preparation of dough, add
small amount of water so dough take proper texture.
Preparation
for making balls
After 15
minutes divide all the dough into equal part. That part little bigger than chapati
balls. Roll the ball like chapati using rolling pin. On one side grease the chapati
with ghee and dry flour. Then, whole chapati cut into vertical lines like skarpara
using knife. Then whole cutting collects and prepare a bunch using fingers or
knife. Again, grease the bunch. Then pick all the vertical lines and role like
a knot. Remind that knot make lightly, otherwise lacchha lost. Keep in one
plate and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Follow same steps make all the lacchha
balls and leave for rest.
Note: When prepare skarpara horizontal
and vertical lines both are there. But in this preparation only verticals lines
are required.

After 15
minutes, take one laccha dough and put on slap. Using finger press the corners
and middle and roll ball. When it takes proper shape of paratha leave the
process doing. After that put the pan on high flame. After temperature change
put the paratha on pan and slow down the flame. Then start the process of
cooking. Using ghee cook the whole paratha. When whole paratha change into
golden brown, your paratha ready to serve.
Note: Use oil in place of ghee, if required.
