Method to prepare dal
Take one deep bowl, wash all the urad dal and
drain it. Now soak in a water or 5 to 6 hours. After that put-on pressure
cooker with soak water. Add half of salt and turmeric, take 6 to 7 whistle of
pressure cooker.
Method to prepare Masala
Take one pan, put on high flame add vegetable oil, wait for warm, add
Hing and cumin seeds. Cracking sounds here than add all chopped onion, grated
garlic and ginger, stir it until color turns into brown. Add pulp of tomato,
again stir properly and add all the masala, salt. Stir until all the stuff
leave the oil. When stuff leave oil add ghee and continuously stir it. After
that put all the stuff in boiled urad and add water if required. Because
consistency depends up to you. Stop the flame, add coriander leaf and ready to
serve.
