    1 bowl of Urad Dal

    ¼ bowl of Rajma

    1 pinch of Hing

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    2 table spoons of ghee

    Veggie

    5 to 6 cloves of garlic (grated)

    1 tea spoon of ginger paste (grated)

    1 tea spoon of cumin seeds

    1 to 2 chopped onions

     3 to 4 grated tomatoes

    4 table spoon Coriander leaf

    Dry Spices

    2 tea spoons of red chili powder (adjust according to taste)

    2 tea spoons of coriander powder

    1 tea spoon of turmeric powder

    ½ tea spoon of roasted cumin seed powder

    Salt according to taste

    Standing masala

    ½ tea spoon of Gram Masala (adjust according to taste)

    1 tea spoon of black pepper



     

    Methods

    Method to prepare dal

    Take one deep bowl, wash all the urad dal and drain it. Now soak in a water or 5 to 6 hours. After that put-on pressure cooker with soak water. Add half of salt and turmeric, take 6 to 7 whistle of pressure cooker.

    Method to prepare Masala

    Take one pan, put on high flame add vegetable oil, wait for warm, add Hing and cumin seeds. Cracking sounds here than add all chopped onion, grated garlic and ginger, stir it until color turns into brown. Add pulp of tomato, again stir properly and add all the masala, salt. Stir until all the stuff leave the oil. When stuff leave oil add ghee and continuously stir it. After that put all the stuff in boiled urad and add water if required. Because consistency depends up to you. Stop the flame, add coriander leaf and ready to serve.

    Note: Do not through soak water.

    1 cup of urad white daal

    Salt according to taste

    Oil to fry

    1 table spoon black pepper





    Preparations

    Preparation for soaking the daal

    Take one bowl, add daal and wash properly using water. Then soak overnight.

    Preparation for preparing urad daal celery

    After soaking, daal raise and leave the previous texture. Now time to drain the daal using sieve. Then, take grinder and put some amount of daal in grinder. Grind it by adding small amount of water. And make thick celery.

    After celery made, add black pepper and salt. Mix well.
