    Ingredients

    1.5 bowl of poha

    ½ bowl of Rava

    ½ bowl of curd

    1 table spoon Roasted sesame seeds

    1 table spoon vegetable oil

    1 table spoon Makhana powder

    2 table spoon mayonnaise

    1 table spoon tomato sauce

    1 table spoon of green chutney

    Veggie

    2 boiled potatoes

    1 small bowl of boiled peas

    1 small bowl of coriander leaves

    1 fine chopped green chilli

    1 small bowl of onion (cut 2 slices of onion in circle shape)

    1 Tomato (Cut 2 slices of tomato in circle shape)

    Dry spices

    ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon red chilli powder

    1 table spoon gram masala

    1 table spoon cumin powder

    1 table spoon coriander powder

    1 table spoon mango powder

    Salt according to taste

    Preparations

    Preparation for distinct ingredients

    -        Take poha and soak with water and strain on sieve.

    -        Take peas and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. If want maintain the color of peas, add 1 tea spoon of sugar.

    -        Sesame seeds roasted in low flame.

    -        Make tadka by adding 1 table spoon of oil, add, grama masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder.

    Preparation for preparing tiki masala

    Take one bowl, add 3 potatoes and mashed it. Then add boiled peas, soaked 1 spoon poha, 1 small bowl of finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 bowl of finely chopped onion, 1 fine chopped green chilli. Then add tadka of spices, mango powder, salt. Then mix well. After mixing make the flatten tiki along the small bowls. Prepare all tiki by following all these processes.

    Preparation for roasting the tiki

    Take one pan, add ½ table spoon of oil and put the tiki. Wait for roasting until it takes the color of golden brown. Roast on both sides. When roasted, leave from the pan.

    Preparation for substitute of bun

    Take grinder, add 1 bowl of rava, one bowl of poha and one bowl of curd. All ratio is 1:1:1. Then add salt and grind it. Make the smooth consistency batter. If consistency is not well then add little bit water on it.

    Preparation of roasting the bun

    Take one pan, add oil. Then put 1 scoop of batter and small spread. Then add sesame seeds and wait for roast means get the color of golden brown.  Roasting process held on both sides. When roasted leave from the pan.

    Preparation of making sauce

    Take two bowls add one-one table spoon mayonnaise. In one bowl add 1 table spoon of green chutney and on other bowl add tomato sauce. Mix well for both the bowl. Now sauces are ready.

    Final preparation for making burger

    Take the 2 bases, add tiki in one base and in second base put the sauce which like, then add the slice of tomato and onion. Spread 1 pinch of salt and with first base. Now your burger ready to serve.

    Green chutney recipe

    100 gram of coriander leaves

    1 or 2 green chillies

    1 inch of ginger

    1 pinch of hing

    1 table spoon of cumin seeds

    Salt according to taste

    2 table spoon of Curd or 1 lemon (it depend on choice)

    1 tea spoon of rock salt

    1 tea spoon of black salt

    1 small bowl of peanuts (without skin)

    ½ glass of water

    Preparation

    Take grinder, add coriander leave and all ingredients. Then grind it. If required water add 1 or 2 table spoons of water. Now your chutney ready to serve.
