Rajasthani food Recipe of Gulab Ka Churma

 Sun rises in the morning, everywhere birds start singing and send the message wake up this is a new morning, new hope begins. Flowers are blossom with lots of fragrance. Everywhere smiling is running and freshness touches the feet. When fragrance come in a food it relaxes the body and increase energy of our dearones. Talk about petals of rose, it enhances the flavor of food and send lots of positive vibes. Today we cook the recipe of Gulab ka churma along grated sugar, lots of ghee and mawa. Too healthy and delicious dish which we eat with dal, chutney, varieties of bati (plain bati, masala bati, aloo bati, mawa bati, etc) and churma (besan ka churma, suji ka churma, atta ka churma, etc) by following Rajasthani Food recipe.

    1. Are rose petals good when eat in food?

    Rose petals have very aromatic, floral and slightly sweet flavor. There are so many ways of eating like raw, mixed into various fruits or salads or herbs. Using these petals prepare dishes it protects the body from various diseases like heart disease, diabetics, obesity, control cholesterol level and various cognitive diseases. Because rose petals contain polyphenols, antioxidants that work to protect your body from cell damage. Also help the patient who suffer from liver disorders.

    It is not a poisoned plant but it spread aromatic smell all over. When pick the flower watch the thrones carefully other it harms the finger. If anyone find some creative ways, use the petals in the kitchen or skincare routine.



     Gulab ka churma is soft and delight flavor. When come in mouth open all the pores. The texture is floury and pink in color. Rajasthani prepares at any occasions and enjoy each flavor. Easily prepare at home and enjoy with dear ones. Let’s see full recipe of Rajasthani food recipe of Gulab ka churma.

    3. Recipe of gulab ka Churma

    Ingredients

    250 grams of wheat flour

    250 grams of suji

    350 grams of grated sugar or Bura

    250 grams of ghee

    250 grams of Mawa

    1.5 bowl of rose petals

    ½ bowl of milk

    ½ bowl of water

    1 table spoons of grated small cardamom

    ¼ cup of dry fruits

     

    Note: Ratio of suji and wheat flour are same.



    4. Preparations

    Preparation for preparing water for dough

    Take one pan and put on high flame. Add ½ glass of water and wait for boil. After boiling the water put 1 bowl of petals in the water. Now petals color absorbs by the water, then add ½ bowl of milk. Then close the flame. Drain the water using sieve. Now your water ready to use in dough.

    Preparation for dough

    Take one deep plate, add wheat and suji flour, mix well. Make the hole in the middle of the flour, put 6 table spoon of ghee and ¼ bowl of petals. Mix well until all the flour absorb the ghee and leaf cover all the area of the flour. Taking prepare water use for making dough. Put water in small- small amount and knead properly. Make dough like puri or say prepare dough tightly.

    Note: Checking ghee in proper ratio, take flour and put in the arms and make fist. If flour take the shape of fist means ghee in proper ratio. This can do because at the time of grating the churma it easily takes place.

    -        We prepare tight atta because, it baked properly and texture raises.

    Preparation of balls of dough

    Take dough and prepare big patties. Is your choice how many patties you make. Keep in mind that more patties more clear and fast baked process held.

    Preparation of baked the patties

    Take oven, put in high flame and preheat it. After preheated your oven, low down the flame and put all the patties. Then cover with lid. Wait for 10 minutes, you see that color of the patties change in white means time to turn the patties or change the direction. Same process follows for next direction. This process continues until all the patties take the color of golden brown in low flame. After baked close the flame and leave the patties from oven.

    Note: When baked the patties within a 4 to 5 minutes check them. Otherwise, patties burn.

    Preparation for grinding the patties

    Take a grinder or Imam dasta for grinding the patties. In grinder easily grind the fine flour. There is no need of sieve the patties. But when using imam dasta, there is requirement of sieve and drain process. This process held until all the patties take same texture or finely grated. After finely grind flour put in big deep plate.

    Note: Use imam dasta because texture is more raise. And, it supports when patties are warm. But when grinder use it grind all the raising texture and there is fear for damaging the grinder when patties are hot.

    Preparation for mixing the churma

    Use deep plate and put hole in the middle of the grated flour. Add all the ghee, Mawa and grated sugar. Mix well using hands. Mixing process continue until all the mixer spread every area of the grated flour. When mixing complete, put small grated cardamom, chopped dry fruits. Now your churma ready to serve.
