Plain Bati Recipe
Ingredients
2 bowl of
wheat flour
½ table
spoon of Soda or meetha Soda
1 table
spoon of ajawain
Salt

250 grams of ghee for greasing

spoons of ghee (moan)
2 glasses
of warm water

Take one
deep plate, add flour, soda, ajawain, salt and mix well. Then make hole in the
middle of flour, again mix well. Using warm water make a dough. Remind that use
water in small amount and knead properly. Prepare dough like chapati. So, elasticity
take proper shape and make soft Bati. Leave 15 to 20 minutes.

Put oven in
high flame, so oven is pre-heated. On other hand make small-small balls of dough.
Remind that no cracks are there when prepare balls. Remove the cracks by knead
the balls. Make all the balls of dough and then check oven is completely
preheated by analyzing flame. Put all the balls one by one and close the lid.
Flame is slow down. After 5 to 6 minutes check that color of bati is changed
into white. Then turn side of the balls. Again, left for 6 minutes and see that
color change into white. When all bati take white color, means complete first steps
of heating. Then, still change the side and wait for changing into golden
color. For baking all the bati’s it takes around 30 to 40 minutes. After 30 to
40 minutes, you add 1 or 2 table spoons of ghee, in the middle of bati balls. Then
yours bati is ready to serve.
Note: Bati
is prepared in grill oven, which easily available in market at affordable

Masala Bati
Masala bati
is one of the popular bati made by barley flour. The texture of bati is little
bit harder than plain bati due to barley flour.

flour
3 table
spoons of ghee

spoon of soda
1 glass of
warm water
250 grams of ghee for greasing
Dry spices

spoon of red chilli powder

spoon of Black salt
