1 bowl of Poha
For Tadkka
2 to 4 Curry leaf
2 spoon vegetable oil
1 table spoon mustard seeds
1 pinch of Hing
Dry Spicy
1 table spoon of turmeric powder
1 table spoon of chilli powder

1 chopped potato
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green chilli
2 lemons
4 table spoons of peanuts

Direction to prepare peanuts
Take pan, put in low flame, add oil leave for 2 minutes temperature of
oil change and add peanuts. Wait 2 minutes peanut are break it’s indicated
ready to add on poha.
Direction to soaking the poha
Take one sieve, add poha and soak on water, extra water removes from the
sieve. Wait 3-to-4-minute squeeze the lemon juice.
Direction to prepare Masala
Pan which is used for making peanuts same pan used for masala. Put on
high flame, wait for change the temperature. Then add Hing, curry leaf, mustard
seeds. One cracking sound here add chopped onion, potato, salt, mix well and
cover with the lid. Wait for 5 to 6 minutes, check the potato is proper break.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and chopped tomato. Again, cover with lid
and wait for 2 minutes. Open the lid, see your tomato is little soft and add
all the soaking poha. Mix well so all the flavors are come in poha. At last
chopped green chilli and coriander leaf spread over the poha.

Ingredients of second method
1 bowl of poha
1 table spoon vegetable oil
Veggies
1 small bowl of chopped onion
1 small bowl of chopped tomatoes
1 small bowl of coriander leaves
1 or 2 chopped chillies
Dry spices
1 table spoon of red chilli powder
½ table spoon of turmeric powder
1 table spoon of mustard seeds
1 pinch of Hing
Salt according to taste
Preparations
Preparations for soaking poha
Take one bowl of poha and wash properly. With the help of sieve drain
the poha and leave for 5 minutes.
Preparation for adding ingredients
After 5 minutes, take poha, add salt, turmeric, chopped tomatoes,
chopped onions, chopped green chillies and mix well.
Preparation of steaming Poha
Take deep pan, fill with water and put in the high flame. When water
goes into boiling stage, put the sieve on upper part of the container and cover
with lid. Leave the poha for 10 minutes for cooked into steam. After 10
minutes, leave from the steam.
Preparation for final stage
Take tadka pan, put 1 table spoon oil and open the flame. Wait for
temperature change then add hing, cumin seeds, curry leave. Cracking sound hear
and close the flame. Now that tadka add on the steam flame and mix well with
light hands. Now, your poha ready to serve by adding peanuts and coriander
leaves.
