    Ingredients

    For making Dough or base

    1 cup of wheat flour

    ¼ tea spoon of baking powder

    ¼ tea spoon of baking soda

    ½ tea spoon of sugar

    ½ tea spoon of salt

    1 bowl of curd



    For making upper layer

    Pizza sauce

    Mozilla Cheese

    Chopped veggie

    Italian Herbs

    Methods

    Preparing Dough

     Take wheat flour in a deep vessel. Add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and mix well with your hands or spoon. Now add curd and make the dough. Knead properly until dough take the shape of smooth. Leave 1 hour so all ingredients work it and change the shape of dough into fluffy and smoother.

    Prepare Base of Pizza

    After that divide all the dough into equal balls. Take one ball and make thick circle shape chapati like a base which available in a market. At the corner of thick chapati make small-small circles using your four fingers. Then using fog spoon, put it holes all over.



    Foment one side of base of the Pizza

    Take thick pan or non-sticky pan. Put on high flame, when pan turns warm, put base. Now flame is low wait 5 to 6 minute. When color of the base turn into golden brown, leave base from the pan.

    Note: First foment those side which we make hole.



    Prepare upper layer

    Apply mayonnaise or pizza sauce on golden brown side of base. Garnish with chopped veggie and cheese.

    Foment another side of Pizza

    After Garnishing, put pizza on pan with low flame and cover with lid. Wait for 5 to 6 minutes, color of the base converted into golden brown. Leave from the pan.

    Note: Pan already preheated.

    Drop all Italian herbs, cut into slice and pizza is ready to serve.
