coriander leaves
2 green chilies
(adjust according to taste)
2 to 3 leaves
of mint
1 inch of
ginger
3 to 4 cloves
of garlic (optional)

lemon juice or 1 table spoon of curd
1 big spoon of

ready the coriander leaves
Take coriander
leaves and drop in deep bowl. Then add water and wash properly.

Take grinder,
add coriander leaves, green chilli, peanuts seeds, curry leaves, mint
Leaves, Hing,
cumin seeds, garlic clove, ginger, black salt, plain salt and 2 table spoons of

juice
1 inch of ginger (small amount)
Dry spices
1 table spoon of cumin seeds
Salt according to taste
Black salt according to taste
1 pinch of Hing or asafetida

Preparation of washing and chopping
the ingredients
Take deep bowl, add coriander leaves and
fill with water. Wash properly for 3 times.
Take the onion and peel it. Then chopped
into small pieces.
Take the ginger and peel it.
Take raw mango peel it and cut into normal
size pieces.
Preparation of grinding chutney
Take grinder at mint leaves, coriander leaves,
green chilli, ginger, raw mango, cumin seeds, salt, Hing and 2 table spoons of
water. Then grind it into smooth texture. If required more water add them. Then

Note: If add lemon juice, do not add
