Okra is one of the vegetables which like by every age of the people. Taste is too good and kids like most.
Today’s kids never like to eat vegetable, but when okra coming infront of his or her. They always ready to eat and fill the tommy.
It is green in color and when cut in the middle it opens the white holes along seeds. Taste is too good and when eat by cutting small pieces of round shape, it opens all the pores of flavors.

My daughter is 5 years old; she never like to eat any of the green vegetable. For eating any vegetable, I want to do lots of hard work. It’s too typical task for me.
Sometimes fed up to perform this task on daily basis. But okra is the vegetable which my daughter like most. Eat without any argument. When take on lunchbox, it’s always empty.
She always demands on me for eating vegetable on okra. I am happy for preparing vegetable for her.

Yes, let’s
understand
It is rich
in vitamin A and C as well as work as antioxidant agents. That is very helpful
for dealing and managing serious issues. It controls cancer, diabetics, stroke
and heart diseases. Best part of the okra is, it is a good source of magnesium,
vitamin and minerals. We all love and eat varieties of dishes of okra.
2. Is Okra bad for health?
Yes or no,
it supports 50-50 both. Because, it depends on consumption of single body.
Eating too much is adversely affect on some people. It contains fructans which is a type of carbohydrate. It
opens more diseases like diarrhea, gas, cramping and bloating. Those people
facing the issues of kidney stones, eat okra in less amount.
3. In which diseases, okra help most?
One of the
best researches prove that okra help to decrease the sugar level. It provides
prevention against kidney diseases. When diabetic patients eat regularly, it
reduces the sign of kidney damages.
4. Is okra slime good for health?
Yes, specially
for hair growth and shine.
When okra
prepare in low heat which bring out the maximum mucilage. Slime consist by okra
is more valuable, which add shine and too much bounce in hair. It moisturizes the
dry scalp and get rid of dandruff. It works as a home remedy and provide
solution in control.
Recipe
of Dhai Bindi
Ingredients
500 grams
of Bindi
5 table
spoon of vegetable oil
1 table
spoon of kasturi Meethi
4 table spoon of Dhai
Dry spices
1 table
spoon of coriander powder
½ table
spoon of turmeric powder
1 table
spoon of red chili powder
1 table
spoon of mango powder
1 tea spoon
of cumin seeds
1 pinch of
hing
1 tea spoon
ajwain
Salt
according to taste
1 tea spoon
of gram masala
Veggies
3 tomatoes
4 to 5
cloves of garlic
1 fine
chopped onion
Small piece
of ginger
1 to 2
green chilies
Preparations
Preparation
for cutting the okra
Take all okra,
wash properly. Mop with clean cloth. Then chopped into 1 inch of pieces.

of grinding veggie
Take
tomato, garlic, ginger and chilies, grind it and make fine paste.
Preparation
of frying the okra
Take one pan
and put in high flame. Add 4 spoon of oil and wait for temperature of oil
change into high. Put all fine chopped onion and stir it until it goes to the light
brown color. Then put the okra and fry along the onion. Okra fried up to 3 to 4
minutes. We don’t want to soft the okra, but fry because little bit oil soak it.
When goes in gravy texture raise and more flavored come.
Final
preparation of okra
Take those pans which used for frying the
okra. Use left oil, if required more oil add one table spoon on it. Put in high
flame, when temperature goes high. Add Hing, ajwain and cumin seeds. If
cracking sound hear, put the paste and stir it. After that put salt and wait
until it left the oil. Then add all the masala, mango powder and dhai. Mix well and wait for let the oil. Then add okra. Mix well
and cover with lid. Then left for cooking the okra. It cooked until all the
okra goes to soft, around 10 minutes take to complete whole process. Then at
last spread kasturi meethi, gram masala and close the flame. Then cover with
lid so all the smell spread over the vegetable. Now your dhai Bindi ready to
serve.
Note: After put tomato add salt because tomato leave all the water.
