gehu
1.5 bowl of
sugar
1.5 bowl of
ghee

warm water or milk

bowl of gehu and put in deep container. Wash properly so all the wastage
product present remove it. Then fill the container half of the water and soak
the gehu for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
Note: Soaking
process is do because of gehu particles raise, when halwa prepare more flavors

After 5
hours gehu take proper shape and drain it. Put in the grinder and grind it.
Keep in mind that when grind it, less water used. Because when grind it, finely

pan, put in high flame. Then add ghee and wait for melt. After melting, slow
