People add day to day meal with varieties of combination like idli sambhar, rice sambhar, Dosa, utapam, Vada or Medu Vada, etc. It is made up of Arahar or Toor lentil with combination of veggies. South Indian people make Sambhar Tadkka with Coconut oil. They are found of Idli, Dosa, utapam with own flavor of sambhar. Sambar is one of the soups which enjoy every part of the Indian cuisine. Gujarati like to eat Sambhar with Medu Vada and rice. It provides lots of nutrition and minerals; weightage increase by adding numerous amounts of veggies.
