    Ingredients

    1 big bowl of cooked white rice

    2 table spoon of vegetable oil

    2 table spoons of schezwan chutney

    2 table spoon of tomato sauce

    Salt according to taste

    Veggies

    2 big spoon fine chopped ginger

    2 big spoons of fine chopped onion.

    2 big spoons of fine chopped carrot.

    2 big spoons of fine chopped capsicum.

    5 to 6 fine chopped of garlic

    1 to 2 fine chopped of green chilli

    2 big spoons of fine chopped of coriander leaves

    2 big spoons of fine chopped beans

    2 big spoons of sweet corn

    3 dry red chilli

    2 big spoon of small chopped Paneer

    Peri-Peri Masala Ingredients

    1 big table spoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder

    1 tea spoon garlic powder

    1 pinch of ginger powder

    ¼ tea spoon of mix herbs

    1 small piece of daal chini or cinnamon

    1 tea spoon of oregano

    ¼ tea spoon black salt

    ¼ tea spoon of simple salt

    1 tea spoon of powder sugar

     


    Preparation for making peri – peri masala.

    Take one grinder add all the peri-peri ingredients and grind it. Make the texture powder like. After make store for 15 days in one container and used whenever you like sandwich, French-fries.

    Preparation for roasting the veggies

    Take one pan, add oil and put in high flame. Wait for temperature change. Then add fine chopped garlic, fine chopped ginger, sauté properly. Then add, onion, capsicum, carrot, green chill, carrot, beans, sweet corn and paneer. Then mix well and leave for crunchy in low flame. It takes 10 minutes.

    Note: Do not add salt because we don’t want to melt the texture of veggies but make the crunchy veggies.

    Preparation for making rice in final stage

    After 10 minutes, add the peri-peri masala approx. 2 table spoon and mix well. Now your veggies look more color along the reddish flavors. Then add 1 big table spoon of schezwan chutney, crushed paneer and 1 big table spoon of sauce. Then add cooked rice and mix well. Now your fried rice ready to serve and enjoy with chutney like tomato, coconut, coriander, sauce, etc.
