    6 tomatoes

    2 finely chopped tomatoes

    ½ bowl of fine chopped coriander leaves

    2 fine chopped green chilly

    Dry spices

    Salt according to taste

    1 table spoon black pepper

    ½ table spoon red chilli powder

    ½ table spoon black salt

    Preparations

    Preparation for roasting

    Take tomatoes and put in low medium flame. Within the interval of 2 minutes tomatoes skin goes to golden brown. After more getting flame, skin turn to black, it shows your tomatoes are ready to roast. It takes 10 minutes to complete the process.

    Preparation for mashing

    After roasting, peel it. All the skin removes and mashed with masher or hands. So, when eat texture of the tomato goes like vegetable. It takes 5 minutes to complete the process.

    Preparation of final step

    Take one bowl, add all the mashed tomatoes. Then add fine chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves and all dry ingredients. Mix well. Now bhadta ready to serve. It takes 5 minutes to prepare.

    1 big bowl of cubes of paneer

    Veggies

    1 chopped onion

    1 chopped tomato

    1 fine chopped cucumber

    1 small bowl of corn

    1 bowl of coriander leaves

    2 table spoon lemon juice (adjust taggy flavor accordingly)

    Dry spices

    1 tea spoon red chilli powder

    1 table spoon chat masala

    Salt according to taste

    1 table spoon roasted cumin seeds powder

    Take one small bowl, add lemon juice, salt. Mix well

    Preparation for preparing chat

    Take one bowl, add all the cubes of paneer, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped, onion (you can skip if don’t like), corn. Then add all greasing and mix well. At last, add coriander leaves and mix well. Now your healthy chat ready to serve.
