    Ingredients of Naan

    1 big bowl of Maida

    ¾ bowl of fresh curd

    Salt according to taste

    1 tea spoon of Baking Soda

    1 tea spoon of baking powder

    1 tea spoon of sugar

    4 table spoon of onion seeds

    1 table spoon of oil (as moin)

    1 small bowl of finely chopped coriander leaves

    Preparations of naan

    Preparation for making dough

    Take one deep bowl, add the Maida. With the help of finger, make the hole in the middle. Then add the baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt, moin.

     Mix well using hand, then add curd. Mix the curd and make the proper dough. Try to prepare the whole dough using curd. Then knead properly and make smooth dough.

    After making smooth dough, keep rest for 30 minutes.

    Note: Try to make the whole dough using curd. It helps to ferment properly.

    -        Rest for 30 minutes, it fermented and help to make the flaky and soft naan.

    Preparation for making naan



    After 30 minutes, take the dough and knead properly. Now make the proper size balls for all dough.

    Then for making naan, spread onion seeds and coriander leaves on the platform.

    Put one ball and coat with dry maida. Then put over the spread seeds and coriander leaves.

    Now, using rolling pin, make the naan like oval shape.

    On other hand, put the pan in high flame. Wait for temperature change. When temperature changed:

    Take the naan and spread water all over the naan, at back side of onion seeds and coriander leaves.

    Ingredients of daal

    ¼ cup of moong daal

    ¼ cup of arhar daal

    ¼ cup of masoor daal

    ¼ cup of urad daal (white)

    ¼ cup of chana daal

    2 table spoons of ghee

    Veggies

    5 to 6 cloves of finely chopped garlic

    1 big size of finely chopped onion

    1 big size of grated tomato

    Dry Species

    Salt according to taste

    1 tea spoon of cumin seeds

    1 pinch of Hing

    1 table spoon of red chilli powder

    1 tea spoon of turmeric powder

    1 table spoon of coriander powder

    1 tea spoon of gram masala



    Preparations of daal

    Preparation of soaking the daal

    Take deep bowl, add all the daal and wash properly. Then soak for 4 hours.

    Note: Due to soaking texture of daal increases and cooked well.

    Preparation of boiling the daal

    After 4 hours, drop all the daal in whistle with water and add salt and 1 pinch of turmeric powder. Then cover the lid and put in high flame. Take the 3 whistle and close the flame. Then water for open the pressure cooker.

    Note: Add salt according to taste.

    -        In daal 1 and half cup of water required for whistle.

    Preparation for dry masala paste

    Take small bowl, add coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Then add ¼ cup of water. Mix well

    Note: Keep remind that, salt added in smaller amount because at the whistling the daal, add it.

    Preparation for tadkka

    Take one wok, add the ghee and put in high flame. Wait for temperature change, then add 1 pinch of Hing, cumin seeds. When cracking sound hear, add the finely chopped garlic and onion. Stir it, when transparency occur. Drop all-dry masala paste. Then wait for leaving the ghee. Then add all the boiled daal.

    Mix well. Then leave for perfectly boiling. When 4 to 5 boiling occur close the flame. Then sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and cover with lid. Due to coriander leaves spread the flavor all over the daal.
