2 slices of Bread
Veggie required for stuffing
¼ chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
¼ chopped cabbage
¼ chopped carrot
Dry Spicy for stuffing
Salt according to taste
¼ tea spoon of black pepper
¼ tea spoon of red chilli powder
¼ tea spoon of chilli flax
For binding
2 table spoons of mayonnaise
Directions
Direction for preparing stuffing
Take one bowl add all chopped veggie, dry spicy and mayonnaise. Mix well
until all mayo give prepare binding to veggie.
Note: You also grated the veggie, it you make for kids.
Direction for preparing Sandwich in toaster
Take the toaster, and pre heat it. Now take one slice of bread, spread
stuffing by covering all the four corners of the slice. After that, cover with
another slice than it looks like a cake. Now pre-heat toaster open and put the
cake of bread and close. Wait 5 minutes for prepare the sandwich after that
your sandwich ready to serve.
Direction for preparing sandwich on Pan:
Take pan, put on high flame, drop small amount of butter, when butter
turn warm, put bread cake on pan. Let’s wait for 2 to 3

Ingredients
5 slices of bread
1 small bowl of suji
2 big table spoons of curd
1 small bowl of vegetable oil
Veggies
1 small bowl of finely chopped onion
1 small bowl of finely chopped tomatoes
1 finely chopped chilli
½ bowl of fine chopped coriander leaves
Dry spices
Salt according to taste
1 table spoon of chilli flake or red chilli powder
1 tea spoon of black salt
1 tea spoon of rock salt
Preparations
Preparation for making batter
Take one bowl, add bread, suji and curd. Mix well and make thick better.
If need water add 1 or 2 table spoons of water. Then add all ingredients and
veggies, mix well. And left for 15 minutes for proper soaking.
Preparation for making Chilla
Take one pan, add oil and put in high flame. When temperature of pan
increases, slow the flame and add the batter, around 2 to 3 table spoons.
Spread on pan and make the shape like pan cakes. Then leave for 7 to 8 minutes
for cooked well. Then twist on second direction for roasting. On both sides
take golden brown colour and leave from the pan. Now your chilla ready to serve
along your choice chutneys.
